Nervous system training through mindfulness
The 6-week program is transformational for the brain and how you experience your life. Create a more positive, clear mind long-term. I guide you through the 100% virtual program where you learn a daily practice that resets the nervous system in short bursts, a weekly lesson, and a weekly coaching support session.
1. Learn how to identify destructive thoughts and practice catching them in the moment.
2. Learn techniques for resetting the nervous system and eliminating the harmful messages in the brain. Guided practice occurs during coaching sessions.
3. Uncover the powerful, productive insights that are available in the mind when it is clear. Answers to life's most difficult situations are revealed when the nervous system is at rest. Experience these insights during coaching sessions and learn to access them on your own.

Select a topic that is bothering you or holding you back from feeling your best. Move through a 60-minute guided session using a mental fitness framework to gain clarity and direction. Shift from negative thoughts and emotions toward positive insights during each session.
I recommend starting with the 6-week bootcamp, but not required.
