Service Description
The original intent of yoga is to master the mind, freeing it from sabotaging thoughts that cause stress and limit joy. This class will use asanas and breath work in physical drills to create a resilient nervous system with the added benefit of building physical strength and mobility. Practice concentration, inner-discipline, sensory awareness, and precision to process stress and feel more ease in the mind.
